1. Services Offered

Thriving Scholars provides online tutoring for academic subjects, competitive exams (IB, AP, SAT, TMUA, Olympiads, etc.), and university-level courses via Zoom and related platforms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. For minors, a parent/guardian must approve registration and payment.

3. Booking and Payments

• Sessions must be booked in advance and confirmed via email or WhatsApp.

• Payments must be made upfront through approved payment links (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, etc.).

• Prices are subject to change with notice.
   

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.

• Late cancellations may be charged in full at our discretion.

• Tutors may occasionally reschedule due to emergencies, in which case alternate slots will be offered.
   

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered in cases involving genuine concerns, such as long-term service disruptions, tutor unavailability, or unresolved quality issues.

• No refunds will be issued for sessions that have already been completed or partially attended.

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to rajat.agarwal@thrivingscholars.com, stating the reason for the request and relevant details.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval.

• Any payment gateway or bank charges associated with the transaction will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Non-attendance without prior notice (at least 12 hours in advance) will not be considered eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

• Thriving Scholars reserves the right to evaluate each case individually and make the final decision on refund eligibility.
   

6. Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to join on time, be respectful, and come prepared.

• Thriving Scholars reserves the right to discontinue service in cases of misconduct or academic dishonesty.
   

7. Intellectual Property

All materials (notes, recordings, worksheets) shared during tutoring are for personal use only. Do not redistribute or resell without permission.
 

8. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific grades, test scores, or admissions. Our role is to support your academic progress with expert guidance.
 

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revised terms.
