Terms and Conditions for 1:1 Tutoring Sessions:

Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability of the Tutor and User.
Session Format: One-hour, one-on-one Zoom sessions. Recording is allowed for personal use.
Refunds: Fees are non-refundable, except if the Tutor cancels or as agreed otherwise.
Cancellations:
- Reschedule or cancel with at least 8 hours' notice.
- Late cancellations (less than 8 hours before) incur a fee.
Tutor's Rights: The Tutor may reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, with notice provided.

Group sessions

Monthly

Students are grouped with two peers of similar ability and objectives. Together with the tutor, the group sets the session frequency. Average fee per session is $25.

Annual

Annual batches for IB, AP, and A-level preparation typically begin in June, with students grouped in sets of three. Average fee per session is $25.

Terms and Conditions for Group Tutoring Sessions:

Scheduling: session frequency is set monthly based on the availability of the Tutor and all group members.
Session Format: Tutoring is conducted via Zoom in group settings. Users may choose to record the sessions.
Refunds: Fees are non-refundable, except if the Tutor cancels or as mutually agreed otherwise.
Cancellations: Users may cancel sessions at their discretion. Backup sessions may be provided, depending on the tutor's availability and a valid reason.
Tutor's Rights: The Tutor reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, providing timely notice to all group members.
