3. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. We only share it with:
✓Tutors assigned to the student
✓Payment providers (Stripe, Razorpay, etc.)
✓CRM or scheduling tools used to manage sessions
4. Cookies & Analytics
Google Analytics measures page visits, navigation and interactions to help us understand website use and traffic sources. A temporary default-on setting for Analytics activity measurement ends on 22 September 2026 at 03:20 UK time. Recorded rejections are respected throughout, and you can turn measurement off using Reject optional or Cookie settings in the footer. This temporary default is not stored as your acceptance. After it ends, Analytics starts only if you have chosen Accept measurement. Google Ads always starts only after you choose Accept measurement; it receives ad-click and technical browser information, confirmed purchase amount, currency and a pseudonymous transaction reference. We remove unrecognised query parameters from measured page URLs and retain supported campaign tags. We do not send Google your name, email address, card details or portal learning activity through this measurement. Advertising personalisation, Google signals and enhanced conversions are disabled. We remember your explicit cookie choice for 180 days. With your permission, a random checkout reference is also passed to Stripe and checked against our payment confirmation in Supabase; the reference is available in your browser for 24 hours. Purchase references are used to prevent counting the same purchase twice. Google may process measurement information outside the UK; its privacy policy explains its handling of this information.
5. Data Retention
We retain user data as long as tutoring continues. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
7. Parental Consent
If the student is under 13, parents/guardians must provide consent to collect and use their data.
