Verification Requirements

To process a Score Guarantee refund, students must submit:

  1. Highest Thriving Scholars mock score PDF

  2. Official exam score report PDF

  3. Attendance + session logs

  4. Worksheet completion records

Refund eligibility evaluation may take 10–15 business days.

Additional Conditions

  • Guarantee applies only to the specific exam the student enrolled for TMUA, SAT, ACT, IB, AP or AMC.

  • Guarantee is individual — not transferable to siblings, peers, or other programs

  • Guarantee applies only when Thriving Scholars creates the study plan and assigns homework

  • The student must take the official exam within 60 days of completing the last tutoring session

  • Thriving Scholars reserves the right to deny claims involving fabricated, altered, or unverifiable documents
